Job Responsibilities 岗位职责:

  • Assist in developing and executing recruitment plans to meet manpower requirements of all departments.

    协助制定并执行招聘计划,满足各部门的人才需求。
  • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

    负责职位发布、候选人筛选及面试安排。
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure proper onboarding/offboarding procedures.

    维护员工档案,确保入职与离职流程的合规执行
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and manuals.

    协助推动并持续改进公司人力资源政策及管理手册
  • Assist in identifying training needs and organizing in-house or external training programs.

    协助识别培训需求并组织内部或外部培训。
  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation, attendance checking, and leave administration.

    协助薪资计算、考勤核对及假期管理。

Job Requirements 岗位要求:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业本科或大专学历。
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or startup environments.

    至少 3 年人力资源相关经验,具制造业或初创企业经验者优先。
  • Strong recruitment skills, familiar with various hiring channels and interview techniques, capable of establishing recruitment systems independently.

    擅长招聘管理,熟悉各种招聘渠道及面试技巧,能独立搭建招聘体系。
  • Proven experience in developing and optimizing HR policies and procedures, capable of driving systematic HR management

    有制定、优化人力资源制度及流程的实战经验,能推动HR体系化管理
  • Strong employee relations management skills, able to effectively handle employee issues and labor disputes

    具备良好的员工关系管理能力,能够有效处理员工问题和劳动纠纷
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws, HR policies, and local employment regulations.

    熟悉马来西亚劳动法、HR政策及当地雇佣相关法规。
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and crisis management abilities.

    具备优秀的沟通、解决问题和处理危机能力。
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English; proficiency in Malay is a plus.

    流利的中英文表达能力,会马来语者优先考虑。
  • Previous experience in HR and administration within a startup environment is an advantage.

    具备初创企业HR与行政管理经验者优先考虑。
