Your responsibilities will include:
Conveyancing:
- Assist sale and purchase agreements (including developer projects and sub-sale);
- Assist loan documentation for end-financing;
- Assist other conveyancing matters such as tenancy agreements, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge/receipt and reassignment, and etc;
- Liaise with clients, banks and relevant authorities in government departments;
Corporate and Commercial:
- Assist in Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents;
- Assisting in the formation and dissolution of companies, partnerships, and other business entities;
Litigation:
- Assisting in all stages of litigation relations, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents;
- Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries and legal arguments;
- Liaising with clients to provide updates on case progress;
- Attend or supporting the senior litigation team in various aspects of case management.
Ideal Profile
- You possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in law and possess a valid Practicing Certificate.
- You have good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be added advantage.
- You possess a good attitude, self-motivated, responsible, willing to learn, and able to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and computer skills
- Must possess own transport.
