Client: MNC Japanese Financial Provider
Location: Bandar Utama (reachable by MRT)
Working hour: Mon-Fri
Key Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring excellent customer service and effectively resolving any complaints with confidence.
- Conduct telesales activities to promote Life Insurance products.
- Manage customer inquiries related to EZ Connect and EZ Protect via WhatsApp promptly and accurately.
- Process full settlement requests and coordinate the delivery of redemption merchandise to customers.
- Perform relief duties as assigned to support team operations during staff absences.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of related working experience in a similar industry.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
