About Our Client

Our client is a multifaceted conglomerate with a diversified portfolio spanning construction, engineering, marketing, and advertising. Role Overview

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented BIM Modeller to join a dynamic project team. You'll manage BIM coordination, produce accurate technical drawings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee BIM project coordination and report progress to management.
  • Develop and maintain BIM models and ensure accurate asset data for project hand-over.
  • Perform clash detection, assist in coordination meetings, and ensure design compliance.
  • Prepare, review, and issue technical drawings in line with project timelines.
  • Maintain and update BIM libraries, drawings, and documentation to company standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align project objectives.
  • Share best practices and contribute to BIM training materials and workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in CAD/BIM for E&M or Building Services projects.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Fuzor, ArchiCAD, and BIM360; experience in 5D BIM is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Highly organized, team-oriented, and passionate about continuous learning.
