Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Job Scope / 运维岗位职责

Position: Operations and Maintenance (O&M)

Company: Live Chat Software IT Company

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Salary: RM4,000 per month

Probation Period: 3 months (RM3,000 per month during probation)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and ensure system stability and performance during working hours.
  2. Report immediately to the technical team if the system is down or any issues occur. Failure to report may result in termination, as O&M responsibility is very important.
  3. Follow standard operating procedures and attend training provided by the company.
  4. Maintain a high sense of responsibility and professionalism at all times.
  5. Temporary work-from-home arrangement; however, employees must attend an offline meeting once a week. If required to work at the office, an additional allowance will be provided.
  6. This is a full-time position. You are not allowed to work for other companies or take freelance jobs. If found doing so, a penalty fee equal to three months' salary will be applied.

Requirements:

  • Must currently live in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor.
  • Diploma or higher qualification (IT background preferred).
  • Age below 35 years old.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write Mandarin, as communication with the China-based IT team is required.
  • Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • No overtime payment provided.
  • EPF and SOCSO included.
