Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support our marketing activities, with a primary focus on social media management and product sample coordination.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about building brand presence through engaging content and efficient marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Management

  2. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

  3. Manage daily posting, audience engagement, and community responses.
  4. Track, analyse, and report on social media performance and engagement metrics.
  5. Collaborate with the gallery/sales teams to develop marketing visuals, campaigns, and promotions.

  6. Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance online visibility.

  7. Sample & Marketing Material Management

  8. Coordinate and track product sample requests from sales, customers.

  9. Maintain an organized inventory of marketing samples, brochures, and materials.
  10. Ensure timely preparation, packing, and delivery of samples to sales team.
  11. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure availability and accuracy of sample items.

  12. Support marketing campaigns and exhibitions.

  13. Marketing Support

  14. Assist in executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

  15. Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, and digital assets.
  16. Handle basic administrative tasks related to marketing activities, online inquiries etc

Requirements

  • Preferable candidates possess at least "A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media or marketing coordination (fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Good communication and writing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic design or photo/video-editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are an added advantage.
  • Relevant experience in the interior design or construction industry is advantageous
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
