Role Description

This is a
full-time on-site
role for a Digital Marketing Team Lead located in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Team Lead will be responsible for digital marketing planning & strategy, content strategy & creation, account management, team supervision on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Plan, execute, and oversee campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure timely delivery
  • Manage and maintain client websites, social media profiles, email marketing platforms, and other digital assets
  • Create and manage content calendars for various digital platforms
  • Oversee the creation of engaging digital content and collaborate with creative teams
  • Implement tracking for conversions, pixels, and events on websites and platforms
  • Analyse campaign performance using digital marketing analytics, identify trends, and generate reports for insights and optimisation
  • Liaise with internal teams
  • Set workflows, approve tasks, guide and mentor digital marketing team

Requirements

  • Demonstrated campaign, social and performance marketing knowledge and skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong team culture and efficiency
  • 4 - 6 years experience in campaign concepting, delivering pitches, presentations, digital strategy and managing a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1 - 3 years experience in the agency, marketing and advertising industry is a

  • Ability to read and write Chinese is a
    PLUS
