Job Overview

We are looking for Engineer (Technical Documentation) to join our Malaysia team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing skills, digest large amounts of engineering data and reports and making new reports and presentations. This role involves collaborating remotely with teams across different regions and occasionally visiting project sites to gather insights and conduct training.

Key Responsibilities


• Analyse and synthesise engineering data, site reports into clear, actionable reports and presentations.


• Collaborate remotely with teams across different regions and cultures via video calls, ensuring effective communication across time zones.


• Occasionally visit project sites to observe operations, gather insights, and conduct training sessions.


• Maintain and improve documentation standards, templates, and processes to ensure consistency and quality.

Skills & Qualifications


• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering


• 2 - 5 years of experience working in construction industry. Candidate with site work experience is preferred.


• Strong technical writing skills: ability to convert technical information into understandable reports/presentations.


• Fluency in English.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a multicultural environment.


• Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to identify and address challenges proactively.
