Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled SQL Development Consultant to support data-related projects, including data modeling, system optimization, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong database development experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business teams to deliver efficient technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Participate in Lenovo SCI projects, focusing on data modeling and development tasks.
  • Manage data operations and maintenance, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Optimize and enhance database performance for better efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain stored procedures and database scripts as needed.
  • Design and build ETL workflows to handle complex data processing requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and data architecture.
  • Proven experience in SQL development and database performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple databases, especially SAP HANA, Doris, Oracle, and PostgreSQL (highly preferred).
  • Familiar with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive SQL, Spark SQL, and Presto.
  • Experience with Lenovo's LUDP platform is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in 1–2 ETL tools and the ability to design efficient ETL pipelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM9,000.00 per month
