Job Brief

We are looking for a Sales Leader to guide our sales team and help grow our business in the hardware industry. The right person should have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales supervision, good leadership skills, and basic knowledge of hardware products. Your main tasks will be to manage daily sales and build good relationships with customers. If you enjoy leading a team and have a passion for the hardware business, we'd love to have you on board.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Oversee daily sales department operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide guidance and training to sales staff.
  • Monitor product displays and stock levels to maintain good presentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and share updates with management.
  • Help plan promotions and activities to increase sales.
  • Ensure the sales department follows company policies and safety guidelines.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory sales role.
  • Prior experience in retail management is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
