Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, test, and commission equipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system upgrades to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or technical issues and provide effective, timely repairs.
  • Document service work, equipment status, parts usage, and customer interactions in service reports.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers on equipment operation and preventive maintenance.
  • Communicate with customers timely and professionally and provide technical resolution efficiently.
  • Guide customers on best practices for equipment use and care.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Support, Sales) to resolve complex issues.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Travel to customer sites within assigned territory; occasional overnight travel may be required.

Required:

  • Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar technical role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
  • Strong communication and customer-service attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working in varied environments, including industrial or outdoor settings.
