Our client is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (Import & Export – China Project) to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Customer Service: Handle inquiries and bookings with precision, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordination: Work with various stakeholders to streamline cargo movements and communications.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage essential shipping documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the shipping process, from booking to delivery, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Financial Management: Generate accurate invoices and manage billing to prevent additional costs.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues and shipping problems effectively.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: At least Diploma in Business Studies or related field to provide foundational knowledge in business operations.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Customer Service Background: More than 1 year experience in customer service role is advantageous.
