Job Purpose:

What we are looking for:

Reporting Support

  • Assist in the preparation of the company's Sustainability Report and ESG disclosures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect data and updates from various departments for the report.
  • Help ensure data accuracy and consistency for reporting purposes.

Occupational Safety and Health

  • Updating the safety manuals and procedures
  • Supporting with accident/incident investigation follow-ups and documentation
  • Developing safety communication materials

Data Analysis and Management

  • Assist in analysing ESG-related data to identify trends, gaps, and insights.
  • Support in tracking key sustainability performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in data compilation and maintain accurate data.

Policy Support

  • Assist in the development of sustainability-related policies and internal guidelines.

Research

  • Conduct desktop research on emerging standards, and industry best practices.
  • Stay updated on ESG reporting requirements (e.g., GRI, IFRS S1 & S2, Bursa regulations).
