Senior Full Stack Developer

Summary

The Senior Full Stack Developer will be a key technical leader, responsible for the design, development, deployment, and scaling of robust, high-performance, and secure applications. This role requires expertise across the entire application stack, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS) to build
cloud-native
and
serverless
solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development & Architecture

• Design and develop new features for complex web applications across the full stack (Front-end, Back-end, and Database).
• Lead the architectural design and implementation of highly scalable, secure, and resilient applications using modern design patterns (e.g., Microservices, Serverless).
• Ensure application responsiveness, performance, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, actively participating in and leading code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

AWS Cloud & DevOps

• Architect, deploy, and manage application infrastructure on AWS using
  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  tools like
  AWS CloudFormation
  or
  Terraform
  .
• Expertly utilize and integrate core AWS services such as
  Lambda
  ,
  API Gateway
  ,
  DynamoDB
  ,
  RDS
  ,
  S3
  ,
  SQS/SNS
  , and
  Cognito
  .
• Develop and maintain robust
  CI/CD pipelines
  using AWS services (
  CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy
  ) or other tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Implement security best practices within the AWS environment, including managing
  IAM roles
  and policies, and ensuring data encryption.
• Monitor, log, and troubleshoot production issues using tools like
  AWS CloudWatch
  , Grafana, or Prometheus, focusing on application health and cost optimization.
• Drive the adoption of containerization technologies like
  Docker
  and orchestration with
  Amazon ECS
  or
  EKS
  where appropriate.

Required Technical Skills

Front-End

• Expert
  proficiency in
  JavaScript (ES6+)
  ,
  HTML5
  , and
  CSS3
  .
• Deep experience
  with a modern JavaScript framework (
  React
  is often preferred, or ).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, state management, and asynchronous request handling.
• Strong proficiency in

Back-End & Database

• Expert
  proficiency in at least one modern back-end language (
  
  (TypeScript/JavaScript), Python, Java, or Go).
• Extensive experience designing and implementing
  RESTful APIs

  GraphQL
  services.

• Proficiency with relational databases (
  PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS RDS
  ) and NoSQL databases (
  DynamoDB, MongoDB
  ).

• Experience with REST APIs, async APIs, Git workflows, and unit testing.

AWS & DevOps

• 3+ years
  of hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS.
• Proven experience with
  AWS Lambda
  and
  Serverless Architecture
  .
• Experience with
  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  (
  Terraform
  or
  CloudFormation
  ).
• Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts (
  VPC, Subnets, Security Groups
  ).
• Proficiency with
  Git
  and agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience deploying or integrating applications on AWS (EKS / EC2 / S3 / RDS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3
  + years
  of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• AWS Certified Developer
  – Associate or
  AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  – Associate (or higher) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead role, guiding technical decisions and mentoring team members.
