About The Role

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our in-house recruitment team in the dynamic
iGaming industry
. The ideal candidate is a passionate people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, and builds strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to hiring qualified candidates.
  • Source talents through diverse channels such as job boards, networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong
    talent pipeline
    for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other partners to support hiring needs.
  • Ensure an excellent
    candidate experience
    throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements

Must Have:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
  • Proficient in
    English, Mandarin, and Malay
    (spoken & written).
  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in recruitment or HR-related roles, with at least
    1.5 years in the same company
    .
  • Strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Resilient, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with
    Google Workspace
    and
    Microsoft Office
    tools.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience using
    ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
    .
  • Awareness or hands-on experience with
    GenAI tools
    .
