Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying potential clients and partnerships, building and maintaining long-term relationships, conducting market research, managing a sales team, and creating sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development skills
  • Ability to develop and implement growth strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
  • Experience managing a sales team
  • Ability to create detailed sales reports and forecasts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus
