Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
  • Develop fun, authentic ideas and campaigns that highlight our products, staff, and bakery lifestyle.
  • Capture and edit photos or short videos that show behind-the-scenes baking moments.
  • Write catchy captions, taglines, and storytelling posts that match our brand voice.
  • Work with the bakery team to ensure content reflects our latest products and seasonal launches.
  • Track social media trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Engage with followers — reply to messages, comments, and DMs in a friendly tone.
  • Manage posting schedules, plan content calendars, and report on engagement performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest food, dessert, and social media trends to inspire fresh and creative content ideas for ZarraZorra
  • Work closely with the baking team, marketing crew, and management to ensure every photo, video, and caption truly reflects our brand story and bakery cultur

Requirements/ Qualification:

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or any related creative field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation, photography, or social media — preferably within F&B, lifestyle, or creative industries.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and visual editing skills, with the ability to create fun, eye-catching content.
  • Familiar with social media trends, SEO basics, and video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills — able to work closely with bakers, designers, and marketing teams.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about food, desserts, and content that connects with people.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with good time management.
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, and adaptable to new ideas or challenges.
