About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to support our end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and order fulfilment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Procurement & Supplier Management

  2. Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery from vendors.

  3. Monitor delivery time, cost, and quality.

  4. Inventory Management

  5. Plan and maintain optimal stock levels to support business and avoid shortages or overstock.

  6. Monitor stock movement, slow-moving and aging items, and initiate replenishment when needed.

  7. Work closely with logistic and warehouse team to ensure accurate stock records and cycle counts.

  8. Logistics & Fulfilment Coordination

  9. Arrange inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders.

  10. Track and follow up on shipment status to ensure timely arrival.

  11. Coordinate with logistic and warehouse team for picking, packing, and delivery schedules.

  12. Order Management

  13. Process and review sales orders (SO) to ensure completeness and fulfilment accuracy.

  14. Coordinate with sales, finance, and warehouse teams to meet delivery commitments.

  15. Manage returns, replacements, and after-sales logistics activities.

  16. Data Analysis & Reporting

  17. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain reports (inventory, shipment, fulfilment KPIs).

  18. Analyze operational performance to identify gaps and recommend improvement actions.

  19. Support S&OP planning with demand and supply data inputs.

  20. Compliance & Documentation

  21. Ensure all import/export and shipping documents comply with regulations and policies.

  22. Maintain accurate records for audits, finance, and operational review.

  23. Adhere to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.

  24. Continuous Improvement

  25. Assist in improving workflow efficiency, reducing operational costs, and enhancing supply reliability.

  26. Participate in cross-functional projects to streamline processes and strengthen supply chain performance.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Serve at least one (1) year working experience in supply chain or related field.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
  • Required language (s) : Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate, read and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
