Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the management of the company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, including operation, maintenance, supervision, optimization, and streamlining.
  2. Conduct system evaluation, monitoring, and inspection; manage system documentation; optimize processes; and deliver system-related training.
  3. Organize and coordinate internal, customer, and third-party audits and inspections across departments.
  4. Communicate and implement group company system management requirements at the local level.
  5. Perform other temporary tasks as assigned by the department.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  2. Proficient in ISO standards; certified internal auditor preferred; familiar with multiple management system standards.
  3. Proficient in computer applications; strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Solid knowledge of system management, standard management, quality management, and certification processes.
  5. Proactive, dedicated, collaborative, and responsible; strong communication, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills; strong execution capability.
