Demonstratesownership of every customer interaction to achieve successful first timeresolution on all contacts. Workswith multiple technology applications and features to resolve customercontacts. Problemfaced are related to Food delivery Services (Refund, Amend, Exchange, IDproblem, system Issue and etc.) Toexceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurateinformation.
