Puchong New Village, Malaysia Cleanpro Laundry Holdings Sdn. Bhd. Full time 80,000 - 120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

·       Monitor daily and weekly cash flows to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and financing requirements.

·       Manage daily treasury operations, including fund transfers, loan drawdowns, repayments, and interest payments.

·       Manage banking facilities including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and other treasury instruments.

·       Prepare and update short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts, ensuring alignment with business operations.

·       Optimize utilization of surplus funds through short-term investments, balancing liquidity and returns.

·       Ensure timely compliance with loan covenants, treasury policies, and all regulatory or reporting requirements.

·       Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions to support the company's financing needs.

·       Communicate and liaise with external stakeholders such as company secretary, auditors, and lawyers on treasury and compliance matters.

·       Review full set of management accounts for Thailand subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with group reporting standards.

·       Provide analytical insights and variance reviews for Thailand entities to support group consolidation and management reporting.

Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or equivalent qualification.

·       Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in treasury operations or corporate finance.

·       SAP Finance & Controlling: 1 year (Preferred)

·       Corporate finance: 1 year (Preferred)

·       Accounting: 2 years (Required)

·       Prior experience in reviewing or consolidating regional/subsidiary accounts will be an added advantage.

·       Strong command of English, Malay, and Chinese (both spoken and written).

·       Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills.

·       Good interpersonal and communication abilities with strong sense of responsibility.

·       Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
