About the Business
Starting from a single Kickstarted card game 2 years ago, we have since operated on a bootstrapped basis. Now in our 3rd year of operations, our offerings include physical products as well as events and services. We are transitioning from a lean setup to a structure with full-time resources, so many processes and systems are being developed.
We focus on building parenting and educational tools that matter—card games, books, workshops, and digital products like mobile games. As we expand into "Nurts as a Service," we're working with schools, corporates, and community partners to deliver branded experiences and learning solutions that align with our values.
We are now looking for a Business Development Executive to help us build and grow strategic relationships—across retailers, partners, and the B2B ecosystem.

We're looking for a
Business Development Executive
who is proactive, creative, and great at connecting the dots between purpose and opportunity. You'll work closely with the founding team to drive revenue growth through B2B sales, create pitch proposals, and unlock new collaborations that scale our impact.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys storytelling through pitches, and has a growth mindset with a commercial lens.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B partners including schools, retailers, and corporate brands.
- Develop tailored proposals and pitch decks that align with The Nurts' products, services, and mission.
- Support sales cycles end-to-end—from ideation and pitching to negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing and ops teams to design partner campaigns, events, or product bundles.
- Track and report sales metrics, leads, and business pipeline.
- Explore and test new monetisation strategies (e.g. licensing, services, bulk sales.)
- Represent The Nurts in external meetings and community/networking events.

Nature of the Engagement
- This is a full time role.
- Hybrid setup (3 days in office)
- Preferred starting period Nov/Dec as we ramp up operations under our new structure.
- This is an entry-level role fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
