About the role

We are seeking a talented IT professional to join our dynamic team at AROPAK SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficient functioning of our organization's technology infrastructure. What you'll be doing

  1. Providing timely and effective IT support and troubleshooting to our employees, resolving hardware and software-related issues

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, preferably in a similar industry
  2. Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  3. Proficiency in various operating systems, productivity software, and IT infrastructure management
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions
  5. Effective communication and customer service skills to liaise with users and provide clear, concise explanations
  6. Familiarity with IT security best practices and the ability to implement and maintain appropriate measures
  7. Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
