The Job:

To perform various functions of finance activity related to accounts receivable, accounts payable processes and procedures, meet the timeline and in compliance with the standard of operating procedures practices by the company. In addition, to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial accounts as per reporting standards.

1. Accounts Receivable/ Account Payable

• To assist in performing day to day accounting and finance operations related to Account Receivable / Account Payable
• To assist Manager in checking the supporting documents received from other departments
• To ensure the allocation of all actual costs and revenue incurred tie to the relevant cost centres
• Ensure the transaction has been recorded correctly in the accounting system (SSP and BC)
• Preparing / issuing invoices to customer
• To follow up on the outstanding and overdue invoices
• To prepare statements of accounts, reminders and letters of demand to unpaid customer
• To assist in liaising with internal stakeholders from different department and external parties – vendors, bankers and others
• To assist in other ad-hoc tasks as when required

2. General/ Accounting Works

• Ensure compliance to standard operating procedure internal control procedures and the accuracy of the financial data with regards to financial process
• Supervise, monitor, and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities:
• Monthly, quarterly, and year-end process
• Accounts payable /receivable
• Cash receipts
• General ledger
• Debt collection activity

The Person:

• Diploma graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above in the following course: Accounting / Finance
• Exhibit exceptional leadership skills, the spirit of teamwork, agility and resiliency.
• Detailed-oriented, organised , and adept at multitasking to handle diverse responsibilities effectively.
• Malaysian citizen aged below 27.
• Have not participated in any similar program.

Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
