Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Salesman (Product Sales) to join our team. This role focuses on selling Audio, Video, Lighting, and related products to customers, complementing our systems/project sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving product sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell AV, lighting, and related products to new and existing customers
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, purchasing, warehouse) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer feedback in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in AV/IT/lighting or related industries
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email correspondence, CRM tools an advantage)
