We are looking for three sharp and organized individuals to support the daily transactional activities of the finance department.

Job Responsibilities:

Daily Transaction Handling: Handle daily data entry of accounting transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts).

Document Preparation: Prepare supporting documents such as invoices, bills, and vouchers.

Reconciliations: Assist in reconciling bank statements, suppliers, petty cash, and support month-end closing tasks.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, organize filing systems, and provide support during audits when required.

Clerical Tasks: Carry out general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and printing.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in accounting is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Knowledge: Basic knowledge of accounting principles is required.

Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel. Familiarity with accounting software (QNE) is an advantage.

Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
