About the Role

Our growth is driven by a skilled and dedicated project management team, and we are now looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-level projects and help us maintain our position as a leading authority in the industry.

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished professional with 10+ years of project management experience, particularly in managing mission-critical systems for government or large enterprise clients. This individual must be highly independent, proactive, and capable of taking charge quickly in dynamic and complex environments. You'll work with cross-functional teams and external partners, while ensuring project milestones are met on time, within budget, and at the highest standards.

Objectives of this Role

• Build and develop high-performing project teams by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from requirements definition to deployment, including scope, schedule, budget estimation, and risk mitigation planning.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful delivery aligned with strategic goals.
• Continuously analyze project performance and, when required, adapt scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, especially government entities, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce project scope management processes, quality benchmarks, performance standards, and risk assessments.
• Manage and integrate multi-channel project components including digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential deliverables.
• Lead mission-critical, enterprise-level projects, especially for government clients, ensuring compliance, security, and reliability standards.
• Provide strong leadership and mentoring to project teams, ensuring clear delegation, role clarity, and accountability.
• Effectively allocate and monitor team resources, optimizing for efficiency and high-quality output.
• Maintain vendor and third-party collaboration, ensuring deliverables align with project goals.
• Prepare and deliver timely project updates and risk assessments to senior management, with clear escalation when necessary.
• Foster a results-oriented environment, promoting ownership, continuous improvement, and team collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record managing enterprise-level, mission-critical systems, particularly for government or regulated industries.
• Experience in developing and delivering web technologies, software platforms, or internal systems for large organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage subordinates effectively, including setting performance expectations, coaching, and team development.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills, including communication with senior leadership and external agencies.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and decisively in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
• Experience in digital transformation and internal process platform development.
• Strong mentoring and coaching abilities to build team capabilities and leadership pipelines.
• Familiarity with agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies depending on project needs.
