We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, from pre-construction to project completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and health & safety regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure milestones are met within budget and schedule.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to design specifications.
  • Report on project status to senior management and clients, identifying any potential risks or delays.
  • Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, and internal teams.
  • Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during construction.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in residential construction or housing development.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and housing development practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and quality control standards.
  • Ability to manage budgets and track project costs effectively
