Our client "ELEMENT BUILDERS SDN. BHD." is seeking a Site Supervisor to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Site Operations Management - Monitor and supervise all on-site works and construction-related activities to ensure projects are executed according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Resource Coordination - Effectively coordinate sub-contractors, workers, and machinery on site to optimize productivity and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Quality Assurance - Ensure that all delivered construction materials meet specified requirements and maintain high quality standards throughout the construction process.
  • Documentation & Reporting - Prepare comprehensive daily site reports, capture site progress photographs, and conduct accurate site measurements to track project advancement.
  • Efficiency Optimization - Minimize material and manpower wastage through effective resource management and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Dispute Resolution - Handle labor and supplier disputes professionally to maintain positive working relationships and project continuity.
  • Attendance Management - Monitor daily attendance of workers, addressing issues such as late arrivals, absences, and false claims to ensure accountability.
  • Meeting Participation - Attend important site meetings with site agents and sub-contractors to facilitate communication and project coordination.
