Project Administration

I. DAILY TASK
Provide general administrative support to commercial and projects team in project documentation.
Prepare Material Requisition (MR)
Communicate well with all involved project personnel for documents signatures and maintain updated records of the documents.
Handle ad hoc administrative duties and perform other duties assigned from time to time.
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
II. RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Administrative is responsible for maintaining day to day project activities in order to meet departmental operations.
Awareness of proper documentation safekeeping and tracking.
Awareness on safety requirements, cleanroom protocol and site security rules & regulation.
Continuous to grow in competencies and multi-skills set by management.
Maintaining good records of attendance.
Perform other related duties as and when required.
III. QUALIFICATIONS
Possess minimum SPM with at least 2 years of related working experience or Diploma in business admin.
Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the project administrative. Also, to demonstrate the following personal attributes:
• Be honest and trustworthy
• Be respectful
• Be flexible
• Be proactive
• Demonstrate sound work ethics
The Project Administrative must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
• Communication and Writing skills.
• Computer application competency eg. MS Excel, MS Words.
• Kinetics business – product and services
