The RoleWe're looking for an IT Administrator to manage our company's software ecosystem, IT assets, and digital infrastructure. You'll be responsible for safeguarding company data and intellectual property, ensuring our IT systems are secure, organized, and compliant.
In addition to managing subscriptions and vendors, you'll also oversee IT security measures, track key deadlines, and support Customer Support operations when needed. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay ahead of renewals, costs, and access management across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and track all software subscriptions and platform licenses across the company.
- Monitor and optimize the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation and renewal management.
- Maintain detailed records of active subscriptions, usage, and renewal timelines.
- Ensure robust IT security to protect company IP, credentials, and datasets.
- Collaborate with department heads to evaluate new tools and manage onboarding/offboarding access.
- Ensure proper documentation of IT assets, credentials, and vendor details.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for renewals, billing, and technical support.
- Support the Customer Support team with system-related needs when necessary.
- Stay organized and proactive in tracking deadlines and renewals to prevent service interruptions.
- Proven experience in IT administration, asset management, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with subscription-based platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, AWS, etc.).
- Basic understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and cost tracking.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and documentation tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Confluence, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- This is a full on-site role based at our Elmina Business Park office.
- Experience with SaaS management or financial tracking tools.
- Knowledge of IT procurement or vendor management.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, access control, or compliance frameworks.
