Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy.
  • Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory.
  • Manage cycle counts of product inventories on regular basis.
  • Perform process and system testing and track performance by area to locate and solve problems in data integrity, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures iby examining records, reports, operating practices and documentation.
  • Completes audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings.
  • Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report, discussing findings with auditees.
  • Stock audit - request for adjustment/ check variance.
  • Outdoor sales order cancellation.
  • Stock adjustment/ write off -request for code conversion/ adjustment/ write-off.

Requirement:

  • Possess Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or any equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in internal audit, risk management, compliance or external audit firms.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel outstation for stock audit.
  • Capable of handling enquiries professionally.
  • Able to work collaboratively with outlet personnel.
