Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations (for all companies under the group):
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and support overall HR functions across all entities.
- Handle employees' issues, enquiries, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure proper document management, filing, and HR records maintenance.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Manage staff onboarding processes for both on-site and HQ staff (preparation of documents, system registration, induction).
- Handle staff exit procedures including clearance, return of assets, and exit documents.
3. Employment Lifecycle Management:
- Manage staff probation, confirmation, increment, and contract renewal processes.
- Prepare and issue HR-related letters including offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, termination, relieving, experience certificates, and others as required.
4. Attendance, Leave & Insurance Management:
- Oversee staff attendance, leave applications, and related matters.
- Manage employee insurance matters (renewals, claims, updates).
5. Government & Regulatory Handling:
- Handle all matters related to MDEC.
- Handle all matters related to ESD.
- Manage HRDF and its related processes and claims.
6. Outsourcing & International Support:
- Handle HR matters related to all outsourcing companies under the Group.
- Assist with India HR-related matters when required.
7. Recruitment Support:
- Assist in recruitment activities, mainly for HQ (shortlisting, scheduling, coordination).
8. HR System (HR2eazy) Management:
- Manage user profiles in HR2eazy system (new staff entry, role assignment, staff movement updates).
- Resolve staff queries/issues related to HR2eazy system.
- Manage and maintain reporting roles and user access.
9. Administrative & Office Support:
- Open office daily and ensure office readiness.
- Respond to staff emails, enquiries, and HR-related phone calls.
- Support any HR operational tasks when needed (onboarding, letters, attendance, leave handling, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
