About the role

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaking) to join our dynamic team at Wealth Mastery Academy Sdn Bhd. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this full-time position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, using your strong problem-solving skills
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Provide on-site support for training courses when required.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Commitment to providing a high level of customer satisfaction and a genuine passion for helping others
  • Willing to work on weekends when training courses are scheduled or required.
