Full Time Retail Promoter

Location: Bukit Mertajam, Penang

What You'll Do:

  • Promote and sell a variety of products including refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and kitchen appliances
  • Engage shoppers with friendly, informative product recommendations and demonstrations
  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays that reflect brand standards
  • Support in-store campaigns and ensure promotional materials are properly deployed
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with the team to improve sales strategies

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in retail, electronics, or home appliances preferred
  • Confident, approachable, and persuasive communicator
  • Willingness to learn product features and participate in training sessions
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently in a retail environment
