Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals, ensuring consistency across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and publish content (text, images, videos) on social media platforms, tailoring it to the audience and platform.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to coordinate social media activities with broader marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to foster a positive community.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and promotional material for social media.
  • Track and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports to the marketing team and recommending adjustments to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media practices, recommending new approaches where necessary.
  • Assist with influencer collaborations and partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and driving engagement.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns, working with the marketing team to set objectives, budget, and measure the impact on brand awareness and conversions.
  • Maintain a social media calendar, ensuring consistent posting and coordination with marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and their management tools.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand content.
  • Experience working with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights) to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate and liaise with marketing teams, ensuring that social media efforts align with larger marketing objectives.
  • Familiarity with paid social media campaigns and platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with an eye for visual content and storytelling.
  • Time management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,200.00 per month
