Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, script and conceptualize content ideas for reels, short videos and campaigns
  • Film and record content, including interviews, podcasts and on-site shootings
  • Edit videos (short-form & long-form) with clean transitions, subtitles, effects and storytelling flow
  • Produce marketing visuals and clips suitable for multiple platforms
  • Manage and schedule social media postings across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, FB etc.)
  • Stay updated with trends, hooks and content formats to boost engagement
  • Work closely with the team to execute branding direction
Requirements:
  • Experience in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
  • Creative eye for angles, transitions, pacing & storytelling
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, hooks & viral content
  • Able to shoot content confidently (phone or camera)
  • Good communication, time management and responsibility
  • Bonus: Skills in podcast setup, photography, graphic design or copywriting
