We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chargeman AO to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance and safety of our solar panel systems and electrical infrastructure. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, safety management, and leadership to ensure the optimal performance of our systems and adherence to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Safety Oversight:

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of solar panel systems and associated electrical components.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Safety Committee Leadership:

• Lead and participate in the company's safety committee.
• Develop and enforce safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate safety training programs.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with local and national safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and training sessions.

Emergency Preparedness:

• Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
• Investigate safety incidents and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence.

Technical Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar panel systems and electrical infrastructure.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff and technicians.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Technology, or a related field.

Certifications:

Valid Chargeman (AO) Certificate or equivalent from the Energy Commission of Malaysia.

• Additional certification in solar photovoltaic systems is preferred.

Experience:

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance and solar panel systems.
• Experience in safety management and leading safety initiatives is advantageous.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for maintenance.
