Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to understand product offerings, target markets, and customer needs, ensuring alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences, providing insights to inform marketing strategies and product development decisions.

  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including company website, product brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to customers and prospects.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as event and exhibition, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), to engage target audiences and drive inbound leads.

  • Oversee Sales team members on preparing invoicing, quotation, handling customer enquiries, orders, delivery schedule and coordinate between internal department & external in a professional manner.

  • Responsible to manage all aspect of key international accounts including customer updates, communication, problem solving and solution finding, raising orders through in-house program, follow-up sales quotations, payment and checking documents.

  • Oversee and managing export schedule and application of custom documentations.

  • And any other ad-hoc task assigned by superior from time to time.

  • Familiar with QMS ISO:9001 standard requirement or other standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Diploma / Degree holder in Business Studies / Administration / Marketing or others related field.

  • At least three (3) years working experience in related field.

  • Computer literate and skilled in MS Office applications and others (Eg: App Software, ERP, Autocount)

  • Strategic thinker with global business acumen, results driven personality, strong leadership and interpersonal skill.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
