Position: Content Creator Cum Marketing

Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000

Location: 03A-05, Dpandan Business Square, Avenue 2, Ampang, 68000 Selangor

Working Days: Monday – Friday | Saturday (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Working Hours: 10.00 AM – 7.00 PM

Job Description

As a Content Creator Cum Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing creative content, managing social media platforms, and executing marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and drive sales. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1) Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

2) Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for promotional campaigns and brand awareness.

3) Brand Alignment: Ensure all content reflects the brand's voice, image, and marketing objectives.

4) Social Media Management: Manage and update social media accounts with consistent posting and active audience engagement.

5) Customer Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to build strong relationships with followers and customers.

6) Trend Analysis: Stay updated with social media trends and integrate them into marketing strategies to increase visibility.

7) Paid Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns.

8) Performance Analysis: Analyze ad performance and refine strategies to maximize ROI.

9) Online Marketing Strategy: Create and implement effective strategies to drive website traffic and increase conversions.

10) Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to boost engagement and conversions through live interactions.

11) Copywriting: Write engaging captions and ad copy that aligns with brand standards.

12) Content Planning: Develop and execute content calendars to ensure timely posting and campaign execution.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation and social media marketing.
• Strong video editing and graphic design skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Knowledge of paid advertising platforms, especially TikTok Ads.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing best practices.
