Responsibilities:


• Reach out to potential clients when needed (inbound/outbound), especially where

account development or referrals create new opportunities via Ecommerce.


• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to align with their business

objectives, while striving to meet set performance metrics.


• Conduct outbound telesales to identify and engage prospective clients in the F&B, retail,

and food manufacturing industries.


• Build relationship with potential new clients and maintain good relationship with both

existing and new customers.


• To give presentation and to conduct products demonstration to prospects


• Conduct pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and pricing


• Analyze sales performance and trends across marketplaces, identifying areas for growth

and optimization.


• Prepare regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness, sharing

insights with key stakeholders.


• Support leaders and the team with ad-hoc projects or operational tasks when required.

Qualification :

 Degree holder (minimum)

 At least 2 year working experience, ecommerce or retail relevant preferred

 Solid skills of Internet and Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Powerpoint

 Good working attitude, responsible, can work independently under little supervision
