JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • To manage the Examination Unit and provide technical and logistic support to the Schools on examination matters
  • To ensure that the examinations are conducted according to the procedures described in the guidelines for examinations
  • To participate in the Examination committee and be responsible for the recording of the minutes of the Examination Committee Meetings
  • To ensure that the procedures for the issuance for parchments are strictly adhered to

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must possess Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years working experience in education industry, preferably in examination-related function
  • Good command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in Mandarin and/or other dialects will be an added advantage
  • Able to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure
  • Able to work on weekends or public holidays if required
