What do we need you to do?

  1. Lead, oversee, and support Site Supervisors and site teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  2. Plan, coordinate, and monitor work progress to meet project timelines, quality standards, and cost expectations.
  3. Liaise closely with project managers, consultants, clients, adjusters, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project scope and deliverables.
  4. Review site work plans, schedules, and resource requirements to ensure the right manpower, equipment, and materials are allocated.
  5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with building codes and compliance requirements.
  6. Review and verify site documentation including daily reports, progress claims, material usage, and variation orders.
  7. Proactively identify risks, delays, or technical issues and implement solutions; escalate critical issues to project managers where necessary.
  8. Ensure workmanship quality meets project specifications and client expectations.
  9. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to Site Supervisors and site workers.

What do we need from you?

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction/ Structural/ Building or equivalent field.
  2. At least 5-6 years of experience in Structural and Architectural
  3. Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus.
  4. Possess own transport to travel to Construction Site.
  5. Able to use Microsoft Work, Excel, Power Point, Project and AUTO-CAD.
  6. Good team player to communicate with key stakeholders
  7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
