Program Manager

Job Summary

As the responsible for the Transfer Project Manager of the workplace. The job scope encompasses Project Manager and Manage project life cycle for Product Transfer, Green Field Project, and Planning to be building facilities which are of quality and incorporated smart features.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a SMY representative in project management team for "SMY New Factory 3035+ Project".
  • Aid in the transformation of SMY Production and Logistics to the next level.
  • Monitor activity progress for the project in line with the project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and report potential delays including mitigation recommendations.
  • Formulate development strategies on space management, infrastructure planning, project development and management in ensuring optimal.
  • Be a champion in leading green practices and promote sustainability in operations.
  • Responsible to meet KPI standard and devise proactive measures to improve flawless transfer.
  • Responsible for the management of contracts, Capex & Opex expense budgets within approved allocations with monthly updates.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelors Degree Holder in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in project development and/or facilities management in research and/or industrial facility.
  • Relevant industry experiences working in a highly regulated environment such as Electronic will be highly preferred.
  • Self-driven and meticulous individual who has the strong ability to multi-task.
  • Confident to communicate at all levels and able to think creatively and apply strategic thinking to tasks.
  • Good time management skills and ability to deliver results under tight timelines.
