About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Timber Land Properties Sdn Berhad, a leading real estate company based in Kuching, Sarawak. As a full-time Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our residential sales division. What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and cultivating leads through various prospecting activities, including cold-calling, networking, and digital marketing
  • Scheduling and conducting property viewings and presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiating and closing sales transactions while maintaining excellent customer relationships
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest market trends, industry regulations, and company policies
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate or property industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
  • Passionate about the real estate industry and driven to succeed
  • Proficient in using real estate software and digital tools
  • Familiar with the local property market and regulations in Kuching, Sarawak
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
