Customer Service Assistant (Entry Level / Support Role)

Your Mission: Be the friendly voice and warm connection between our customers and the HMBC brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make service reminder calls and schedule customer appointments
  • Reply to WhatsApp, Facebook & Instagram enquiries with friendliness and clarity
  • Handle simple customer feedback or complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Keep customer data well-organized and systematically updated
  • Support the team in promoting our culture of Delivering Happiness

Customer Service Executive (Experienced / Leadership Role)

Your Mission: Take the lead in creating a smooth, caring, and efficient customer experience journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily customer communication flow (calls, WhatsApp, social media)
  • Analyze customer service data and plan follow-up strategies
  • Handle complex complaints and service escalations with logic and empathy
  • Train and guide assistants to maintain consistent, high-quality service
  • Work with management to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Ideal Personality:

  • Warm yet assertive — empathetic with emotional intelligence, but confident in decisions
  • Logical & structured thinker, good at identifying problems and creating systems
  • Team motivator — enjoys coaching others and driving collective success
  • Preferably with 1–3 years of experience in customer service or automotive industry

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese & English.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
