Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, and other workplace issues.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention programs to support future business needs.
  • Oversee HR policies, systems, and procedures to ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Cultivate a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes that enhance productivity and accountability.
  • Administer compensation structures and benefits programs to remain competitive.
  • Identify training needs and oversee effective learning and development initiatives.
  • Provide management with accurate HR metrics and insights for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and all HR-related regulations.

Qualification & Requirement

  • Experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, Malaysian employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
