About the role

This is an exciting internship opportunity within the HR/Recruitment department at Agensi Pekerjaan Achieve Career Consultant (M) Sdn Bhd (JTKSM 579)'. As an Internship-HR, you will be based in our office in Mid Valley City Kuala Lumpur. This is a fantastic chance to gain valuable experience in the human resources field and contribute to the success of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, phone screenings, candidate assessments, and interview scheduling.
  2. BD initiative for corporate recruitment services.
  3. Support daily HR operations and perform general administrative tasks.
  4. Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR and recruitment team.

What we're looking for:

  1. Preferably a Bachelor's degree in a related field of studies.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  4. Keen interest in pursuing a career in human resources
  5. Ability to work well in a team and independently
