Responsibilities
- Perform weekly receipts reconciliations/bank reconciliations and update of cashbook.
- Prepare cashflow forecast.
- Process intercompany billings.
- Undertake a range of general ledger duties, including preparing journal voucher entries, maintaining month/year end schedule, maintaining fixed assets, prepayment, accrual schedules and month end closing matters for Singapore and Hong Kong entities
- Assist in providing information as required by external auditors and tax agents.
- Perform any other accounting related works as reasonably requested by supervisor.
- Ensure revenues according to IFRS accounting standards.
- Supervise AR and AP processing teams.
Requirement
- Minimum 2 years experience in handling general ledger, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, prepayment, accrual balance sheet schedules
- Good understanding of Singapore GST rules will be advantageous.
- Prior experience in using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central will be advantageous
- University degree, major in Accounting or equivalent.
