Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations
  • Daily account operation, documentary & data entry.
  • Prepare full set of accounts including monthly management report with analysis report, required schedules and bank reconciliation
  • Manage accounts payable transactions and ensure that all invoices are paid accurately.
  • Experience in doing P&L , Balance Sheet & Management account
  • Assist in the preparation of Sales order cycle, issue quotations, invoices and receipts.
  • To manage all financial transactions from utilities, bill payments, & monthly expenses claim.
  • Control cash flow
  • Ensure accurate and timely double entries in the accounting system
  • Prepare and liaise closely with auditors for the annual audit
  • Assist in full spectrum of credit control and collection of receivables
  • Dealing with secretary, auditor and tax agent.
  • Assist with IRB, EPF and SOCSO audits.
  • To manage and maintain proper filling system, to keep statutory financial records and to ensure constant improvement to ensure all account's record are proper.
  • Providing administrative support.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Preferably with 3-5 years in the related field.
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent preferred.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possess professional knowledge in regards of tax, audit and related field for the daily operation of the company.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
